You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure.
• Ensuring all information is truthful and up-to-date.
• Not sharing your account with others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or inaccurate information.

3. Lottery Participation

Our lotteries operate as follows:

• Ticket Purchase: Tickets are available for purchase via UPI, credit/debit cards, or cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT). Prices start at $1 (or equivalent, e.g., ₹50).
• Number Selection: Choose 6 numbers (1-50) or use Quick Pick for random selection.
• Draws: Daily draws occur at 7 PM UTC, with weekly mega draws on Sundays at 8 PM UTC.
• Prizes: Multiple tiers (e.g., $10 to $100,000), with winners announced on our site.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law. We use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair draws.

4. Payments and Payouts

Payments:

• You may pay using UPI, cards, or cryptocurrency through our secure payment gateway.
• All transactions are final upon confirmation.
• We are not responsible for payment failures due to incorrect details or third-party issues (e.g., bank declines).

Payouts:

• Small prizes ($10-$1,000) are paid within 48 hours to your registered UPI, bank, or crypto wallet.
• Large prizes ($1,000+) may take 1-5 business days, subject to identity verification.
• Prizes are paid in your local currency (e.g., INR, USD, EUR) or USDT, based on your preference.
• You are responsible for any taxes or fees on winnings, as per your local laws.

We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraud or ineligibility is suspected, pending investigation.

5. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Our platform uses cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT) for certain payment and payout processes:

• Your payment (e.g., INR via UPI) may be converted to USDT for internal processing.
• Payouts may be converted from USDT to your chosen currency (e.g., INR, USD).
• You accept the risks of cryptocurrency transactions, including exchange rate fluctuations.
• We use trusted providers (e.g., Binance) with robust security, but we are not liable for external breaches beyond our control.
